Electric heating, a selection of Italian and French books and a map of the surrounding area are available in the house.The public beach is only 100 metres away, is free of charge and is cleaned daily by the municipality. An outdoor shower is also available for bathers. Dramont beach is only a two-minute walk away, while the town's shops and bakery are 2 km away. The nearest town is Saint-Raphaël, seven kilometres away. From the port of Saint-Raphaël, boats depart for Saint-Tropez and explore the Esterel coast. Hikers can reach the Esterel National Park, after walking about half a kilometre uphill from the residence, and explore the natural oases of the wild boar population on foot along well-marked trails. In the Esterel National Park, it is also possible to go horseback riding; the riding school is located about one kilometre from the residence. After ten kilometres, you reach the town of Fréjus, where you can visit the Roman ruins (amphitheatre and aqueduct).The residence, in which the house is located, is completely fenced off. Guests have access via digital code to the two swimming pools, one of which is 25 x 10 metres. The tennis court is located directly in front of the house.
