The famous Mont Saint-Michel is a 40-minute drive away. A five-minute drive will take you to Granville, a famous seaside resort also known as the "Monaco of the North". Although the shops are within walking distance, the owner recommends that you have a motor vehicle. However, there is also a bus service from Granville to Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, and from Saint-Pair-sur-Mer you can also reach Mont-Saint-Michel and other attractions by public transport.
