After the core refurbishment of the house in 2020, we have completely renovated it and made it very open, modern and luxurious. We have tried to avoid artificial air conditioning as far as possible and to allow natural "circulation" throughout the year. Naturally, a high-quality air conditioning system is still installed, which also serves as heating in winter. The open-plan concept means that the flat is flooded with light and offers you a breathtaking play of colours during the day.The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, shower and bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. Two further guests share a sofa bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.The new fitted kitchen with cooking island is equipped with brand-name appliances (Neff) and has both a gas hob and induction hob. In addition, high-quality SMEG appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine are available.
