Newly built in a privileged location of Cala Llombards - a wonderful place for a beach holiday in any season. Ideally equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the two-storey house offers enough space for four people in two bedrooms. The air-conditioned (hot/cold) rooms are elegantly and thoughtfully furnished. Additionally in the living room: marble infrared heating. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with an adjoining open-plan kitchen. A bedroom with safe and a bathroom are available on the ground floor. The second bathroom and the master bedroom with access to the terrace are located on the upper floor. Both the terrace and the bedroom offer fantastic views of the sea. An open staircase leads from the terrace to the roof terrace. From here you can see across the sea to Es Pontas and in the direction of Cala Santanyi. The terraces are equipped with sun loungers.
