Esmeralda is a very spacious house in an excellent location, just 250 metres from the beautiful sandy bay of Cala Esmeralda and 600 metres from the bay of Cala Gran. The centre of Cala D'Or is approx. 700 m away and offers a pedestrian zone with a la...rge selection of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.The villa offers plenty of natural light and is built on 2 independent levels in Ibizan style.From the entrance you enter the spacious, bright and open-plan living/dining area. From the living area and the elegantly integrated kitchen you have access to the pool. In the adjoining room there is a wine fridge with integrated high table and stylish bar stools for cosy moments. On this level there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the outside. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds.The first floor can be reached from the garden via an external staircase.
