Perfectly designed for up to 6 people, this inviting domicile is the ideal base from which to explore the beaches and beauty of Mallorca. The house - whose origins date back to the beginning of the last century - has been converted into a comfortable holiday home. The original structures were largely retained, but modern materials were used to bring them up to the latest state of the art. The result is a rural village house in finca style with a living space of approx. 214 square metres. Inside, Casa 3 Leones presents itself on the ground floor with a modern living room and a spacious dining area with AC. Entertainment is well catered for thanks to the Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with a comprehensive range of appliances, including various coffee machines, a ceramic hob and a side-by-side fridge. The ground floor also has a shower room at ground level and an alcove with a daybed that can be used as a bed for residents who are unable to access the upper floor. This makes the ground floor suitable for people with limited mobility. The upper floor of the house consists of three cosy bedrooms, all of which can be darkened for a restful night's sleep, as well as two bathrooms, each with a shower, WC and bidet.
