You can relax under the almond trees on the garden loungers in the shade or soak up the sun on the lawn.Lovingly furnished, you can expect a sophisticated living ambience on more than 90 square metres of living space. A spacious living area with a beautiful dining area and the typical open Canarian roof construction give the house a special charm. The finca is equipped with Internet, German SAT TV, Internet with Wlan and radio. A home cinema stereo system with five DVD/CD/MP3 players is available for listening to music. The kitchen with its traditional curved wooden beams and beautiful worktop will tempt you to cook. Equipped with a three-burner ceramic hob and electric convection oven, you can cook or bake anything your heart desires. A fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and blender are provided, as well as pots, cutlery and crockery for up to 8 people. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, allow up to 4 people to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Puntagorda, with its shops, various restaurants, an outdoor pool and a bank, is just 5 minutes away. 300 metres above the house is the sparse pine forest, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
